New times and new requirements mean time for a completely new website. Over the past few weeks, our innovative project has constantly featured in the media. The positive decisions taken by the Flemish Government on 13 February caused a major media storm. Unfortunately, some news items were not totally in line with the truth, which proves that when it comes to our innovative project, correct information, clear positioning and the right regulatory framework are more important than ever. Of course, Uplace itself hasn’t changed; only its presentation and virtual interpretation have been given a makeover. We have even created our own news website. The experience project is explained in the minutest detail. The website has become simpler, more user-friendly and better organised. The long texts have been replaced by short information videos and up-to-date information, showing Uplace in a very clear format.
Through our the website, you will be able to find out more about what we have already done, the positive impact of the Uplace reconversion project on the surrounding area, the local jobs it will create and the measures taken by Uplace with respect to mobility even before it opens its doors. Information is also provided on the history of the current site, the neighbourhood, and the project’s sustainable and ecological concept.
Uplace is a total experience, which obviously includes experience shopping, but also offices, a hotel, a 10-screen cinema and a 3 000-seat theatre.
The website will regularly post new messages, show new videos and share studies and research about sub-aspects of our project. It is a living tool that closely follows the latest news and shares it with you immediately. Are you looking for greater mobility?
